Neighbourhood for Change
Neighbourhood for Change was a festival that showcased a range of talents from our graduating class. The concept was created by three of us and taken forward to become a festival that would be showcased in three major cities; Plymouth, Bristol and London. As we did not have a considerable amount of funding, we spent wisely and, as a result, a lot of things were created by us rather than being outsourced.

In the end, there were a lot of things I would change about the festival process, but overall the show was a success to us and that is the important part.

The newly hand-stitched signatures ready to be glued.
Gluing the signatures.
The industrial guillotine perfecting the edges.
Save the dates were printed in-house on GFSmith paper using the Xerox printer, they were then carefully trimmed using scalpel blades and sent out in GFSmith envelopes where I wrote each address by hand.
The save-the-date was accompanied by a letter that each individual wrote to their desired company explaining why they had been selected.

Website created by Jed Boyle (@jedboylegd) to entice people to our shows but also work as a holding page for all of the information about the shows / a hosting page for mini portfolios.

Some of the work from my final major project that I chose to display at the shows.
A snippet of the Bristol space. Everything in this image was hand built; the tables and the vinyl was laid down by myself.
Another snippet of the Bristol show; everything in this image was also hand-made by us.
The final signatures.
A snippet of the London show.
This was a last minute addition to the London show; we decided to build a box where people could write their answers to the card game which I created.
